The IRB
6400 series spans the load range from 75 kg to 200 kg with 14 robot
variants. Nearly one third of ABB's 100,000 robots installed are IRB
6400.
Foundry
robot variants with wrist protection IP67 are available for tough
environments.

6400R is the standard version, handling up to 200 kg

6400S is a shelf mounted version which can reach under itself making
it suitable for confined spaces where a robot working from above is
required

6400PE for poke welding where only one side of the work piece is
accessible
- All variants
are available in foundry versions with IP 67 protection for the
wrist.
