Spatter Shield reduces the effect of spatter adhesionA breakthrough in welding technology: Spatter Shield™ is an in-line system which, by atomising a unique fluid into the shielding gas flow, reduces the effect of spatter adhesion.

Less time is wasted on cleaning and finishing the weld application.

By using Spatter Shield™ within optimum parameters, it can extend the life of the torch nozzle by up to 5 times and the contact tip by up to 6 times.

The Spatter Shield™ unit consists of 2 components: a probe and a fluid is compatible with CO2, Argon, Argon-based mixtures, Helium and Hydrogen. It is suitable for carbon steel, galvanized steel, electroplated steel, stainless steel, cast iron, silicon bronze welding and hard facing.
