Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Greece) for the MIG/MAG welding Spatter
Shield™ automatic anti-spatter products.
With
its operation in France (Robotics Research France) we are well positioned
for the European market and are already integrated in some large corporation
like THYSSENKRUPP, FAURECIA, OXFORD Automotive, WAGON Automotive, PEUGEOT/CITROEN
Automobile (PSA GROUP), RENAULT Automobile and many others.
The Spatter Shield™ product is a simple
system that connects between the gas solenoid and welding torches that
uses the gas as a carrier to lubricate continuously the nozzle, tip,
and diffuser whil welding. This one-of-a-kind system has no competition
in the market and with its patented probe opens market in other application
like resistance welding.
In
comparison to other existing anti-spatter product, this system avoids
95% of spatter sticking to the welding torches that only requires the
nozzle to be cleaned once every 8 hours intesead of every 10 minutes.
